Welcome to Alpha Hub. By using this platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using or accessing the Alpha Hub platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of a minor (as a guardian), you assume full responsibility for their use.
2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer
Important Notice: All reports and analyses provided by Alpha Hub are AI-powered guidance tools based on Multiple Dimensions Theory. They are NOT a substitute for professional specialized consultation.
Alpha Hub assumes no liability for financial, psychological, professional, or relationship decisions that may be made based on report content.
Reports reflect a point-in-time analysis based on the inputs provided, and results may vary when inputs change.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
The Initial Comprehensive Assessment is free and available to all registered users.
Paid reports (Student Mentor, Professional Advisor, Relationship Compass) require advance payment.
Due to the instant digital nature of AI-generated reports, payments are non-refundable once a report has been issued.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the platform — including AI algorithms, report design, and textual content — are reserved for Alpha Hub.
Users may retain a copy of their personal reports for personal use only. Redistribution or sale of any platform-generated content is prohibited.
5. Data Usage for Model Improvement
By agreeing to these terms, you grant Alpha Hub a non-exclusive license to use your anonymized data (data that does not identify you) to improve AI models and develop services.
No training data will be linked to your personally identifiable information.
6. Modifications
Alpha Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
7. Ambassador Program & Wallet Balance
Commissions from the Ambassador Program and rewards are added as a digital balance to the user's wallet within the Alpha Hub platform.
This balance is exclusively for use within the platform to purchase services, reports, or to gift them to others. Under no circumstances can it be claimed as cash or transferred to bank accounts or external payment methods.
8. Institutions & Schools Packages (B2B Seats)
Seats purchased by institutions are valid for use by their employees or students only, according to the agreed number.
The institution is not entitled to resell these seats to third parties or exploit them commercially outside the scope of the agreement.
School Liability Disclaimer: Alpha Hub platform entirely disclaims any responsibility for any academic or administrative decisions taken by the school or institution based on the assessment results. The report is a guiding tool, and the school must use it as part of a comprehensive guidance process and not rely on it as the sole criterion in evaluation or classification.
9. Medical & Professional Disclaimer
Reports and consultations provided via Alpha Hub (including AI reports and chats) are strictly for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.
These reports do not substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. The platform and its operators assume no liability for any life or career decisions made by the user based on the platform's outputs.
10. "As-Is" Clause
The platform and AI services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties of absolute accuracy or freedom from software hallucinations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the founders, management, developers, or agents of Alpha Hub shall not be legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
12. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold Alpha Hub and its operators harmless from any claims, demands, or losses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of their violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at the platform's place of incorporation, and the user waives any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
