7. Schools and Institutions Data (B2B Data)
If a school or institution (B2B) creates accounts for its students or employees, the institution is responsible for obtaining their consent to provide their basic data (Name, Date of Birth, and Email if available).
We at Alpha Hub use this data solely to provide assessments and send reports, and will not sell or exploit it for marketing purposes.
Legal Relationship: The school/institution is considered the Data Controller while the Alpha Hub platform is the Data Processor according to data protection regulations. The school must ensure it has obtained Parental Consent for underage students before using the platform.
8. AI Chat Companion Interactions
The platform uses generative AI technologies to discuss reports. We strongly advise against entering any sensitive personal data or credit card numbers inside the chat window for your privacy.
